4/9/09  We will be closing on lot 12 this coming week bringing our total number of completed homes to 5.  that means that we are 1/3 complete.  Also, we have gotten lot 16 under contract which means that 50% of the development is either complete or under contract.  With lots 4, 9, and 10 under reservations we have only four lots left.  The neighborhood is really coming together and is starting to feel really lived in.  Check out the gallery to see updated pictures.
